BetBuzz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction & Applicability

BetBuzz (betbuzz.run) is an online betting and casino platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all BetBuzz services, website, mobile application, and affiliate services. By creating an account or using the site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Participation on BetBuzz is entirely voluntary. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use BetBuzz's services. These terms may be updated from time to time — the latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Account & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register and use BetBuzz's services:

• You must be at least 18 years is required. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and genuine information at the time of registration — incorrect details may result in your withdrawal being held until your account is verified.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on BetBuzz:

• Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, that bet cannot be cancelled — unless BetBuzz itself cancels it due to a technical issue.
• If a bet is placed before a match begins and the match is subsequently cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops or the app closes during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• BetBuzz reserves the right to accept or void any bet if it is found to have been placed by exploiting a system error.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match across multiple accounts ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet is ৳50. Maximum single-bet limits vary by game and are displayed on each game's page.

4. Payment & Transactions

BetBuzz currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules are outlined below:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile number registered in your own name — transfers to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first meet the wagering requirements and be converted to your main balance before a withdrawal is possible.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more) may require additional verification and can take up to 1–2 business days to process.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance due to a technical issue, contact support with your transaction reference number and it will be resolved within 2 hours.

5. Bonus & Voucher Terms

Every bonus and voucher on BetBuzz comes with specific terms attached. Some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus (BUZZ100): One use per account only. Minimum deposit ৳500, maximum bonus ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 3x.
• Monday Reload (MON50): Once every Monday. 2x wagering. Deposit must be made between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Cashback (CASHBK15): 15% of weekly net losses, up to a maximum of ৳3,000. Minimum net loss of ৳1,000 required.
• If multiple bonuses are active on a single account at the same time, the wagering requirement for each is calculated separately.
• Winnings earned using bonus balance remain in the bonus balance and are transferred to the main balance only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus code is entered after a deposit has already been made, the bonus will not apply to that deposit — the code must be entered beforehand.
• BetBuzz reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

6. Special Jackpot Rules

Special rules governing jackpot participation and prize claims on BetBuzz:

• Daily Jackpot: Draw takes place daily at 11:59 PM. A winner is selected at random from that day's participants. The number of tickets is determined by the amount wagered.
• Weekly Mega Jackpot: Live draw every Friday night. Three prizes: 1st place takes 60% of the pool, 2nd place takes 25%, and 3rd place takes 15%.
• Progressive Jackpot: 1–2% of each bet goes into the pool. A random trigger determines the winner, who takes the entire pool at any time. A new pool starts the day after a winner is drawn.
• Daily and Mega jackpot prizes are credited to your balance immediately after the draw. Progressive jackpot prizes are credited within 1–3 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for jackpot prizes of ৳1,00,000 or more.
• Wagering requirements apply to jackpot prizes won using bonus balance.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

BetBuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of arbitrage betting or system manipulation.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor — in which case the entire deposited balance will be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion activated at the player's own request.

8. Responsible Gaming

BetBuzz believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. With that in mind, we've made the following tools easily accessible to everyone:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Betting Limits: You have the option to cap your betting amount for a set period of time.
• Temporary Break: Your account can be temporarily closed for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to close your account for 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.
• Reality Check: Periodic notifications to remind you of your time spent playing and the amounts wagered.

9. Intellectual Property

BetBuzz's website, mobile app, logo, content, design, and software are fully protected under BetBuzz's intellectual property rights. Users:

• You may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not republish, sell, or distribute any BetBuzz content to third parties.
• You may not use the BetBuzz brand name or logo without prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

BetBuzz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Registered users will be notified via email and an on-site notice at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
